Poulet Pacha is a popular French dish that combines chicken with vegetables, bacon, and cream. It is a classic comfort food that is perfect for a cozy night in or a fancy dinner party. The name of this dish comes from the fact that it is cooked slowly in a clay pot, which allows the flavors to meld together and creates a creamy texture. While the traditional recipe calls for a clay pot, this version can be made in a skillet and baked in the oven for convenience. Serve the Poulet Pacha hot and enjoy the French cuisine!

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
3.Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the bacon for 2 minutes or until crispy. Add the onion, red and green peppers, and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
4.Add the tomatoes, chicken stock, bay leaf, thyme, parsley, and Accent seasoning, and cook for another 5 minutes.
5.Return the chicken to the skillet, cover with the tomato mixture, and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
