Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2.Coat 4 silicone or glass ramekins with cooking spray. Add a 1 tsp. of maple syrup in each of the ramekins.
3.Cut each slice of bread into bite-size pieces and place in ramekins evenly.
4.In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, and salt until well combined.
5.Pour mixture equally over the bread pieces in each ramekin.
6.Sprinkle extra cinnamon over the top.
7.Bake for 20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the eggs are cooked through.
