Ingredients

1 lb raspberries ( fresh or frozen raspberries )
2 cups red wine vinegar
1 cup simple syrup ( optional , recipe follows )
This homemade vinegar is an excellent addition to any kitchen. Instructions

1.Sterilize a glass jar with a tight lid.
2.Divide the raspberries equally in the jar and pour the red wine vinegar.

4.After 2-3 weeks, strain the vinegar and discard the raspberries, Pour the liquid into a small saucepan and add 1 cup simple syrup. Heat gently over a low heat, stirring until combined.
5.Allow the mixture to cool and store in sterilized glass jars.
