1/4 lb bacon , diced

1/2 lb pearl onions , peeled
8 carrots , cut diagonally into 1-inch-thick slices
3 tablespoons butter , room temperature
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 lb mushroom , sliced 1/4-inch thick ( domestic or wild )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
