Ingredients

1 lb bread , cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
8 eggs
1/4 cup Frangelico
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 quart heavy cream
cinnamon , and ( optional )
nutmeg ( optional )
8 chicken breasts
salt and pepper , to taste

1 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups Grand Marnier
1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3 oranges , juice of
3 oranges , peeled and cut into segments

Instructions
