Ingredients

10 liters rose wine
300 g elderberry flowers ( local forest )
2 kg sugar
3 cups Everclear alcohol

Instructions

4.Remove from heat, add sugar, and stir until completely dissolved.
5.Let mixture cool to room temperature.
6.Pour the cooled mixture into the sterilized fermenting bucket, and add Everclear alcohol.
7.Close the bucket with the airlock and let it ferment for 2-3 months.
8.After fermentation, transfer the wine into sterilized bottles and cork tightly.
9.Age the wine for another 2-3 months before serving. Serve chilled, preferably with fresh berries as a topping.
