Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

5.Pour beef broth over the potatoes until it comes up ¾ of the way up the potatoes.
6.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
7.Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
8.Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before serving.
