1 box phyllo dough
5 boneless cuts chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 stalks bok choy
1/2 cup finely chopped mushroom

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2.Take a non-stick pan, cook boneless chicken and bok choy, chop them separately, and mix them in a mixing bowl.

4.Take phyllo dough and a brush. Apply melted butter on phyllo dough with the brush and keep adding layers after layer for at least 7-8 times.
5.Now add the chicken and bok choy filling in the centre of the phyllo dough.
6.Close the phyllo dough layers over the filling in the shape of a bundle.
7.Brush the top with melted butter and use a knife to make some slits on the phyllo dough.
8.Set the bundle on a greased baking sheet and bake until lightly brown.
