2 -3 tablespoons dijon-style mustard , to taste
1/2 cup heavy double cream
1/4 cup dry white wine
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley , to serve

Instructions

7.Pour sauce over chicken breasts and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
8.Serve garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
