The Buena Vista French Toast is a delicious and satisfying breakfast dish that originated at the Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco. It's named after the cafe and was created to serve as a heartier breakfast option than the traditional toast and coffee. The combination of orange juice concentrate and zest gives it a unique flavor that pairs well with maple syrup and fresh fruit. This French toast can be prepared ahead of time and baked in the morning, making it perfect for brunches, holidays, or lazy weekend mornings.

1.Cut the English muffins into 1-inch cubes and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
