Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon thyme
4 slices deli ham
4 slices provolone cheese
8 slices bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices swiss cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F
2.Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, and thyme.
3.Place 1 slice of ham followed by 1 slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast. Roll each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
4.Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon and place in a greased baking dish.
5.In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk. In a separate shallow dish, whisk together flour, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
6.Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken.
7.Bake for 25 minutes, then place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
