Instructions

10.Slowly pour the hot sugar syrup into the egg yolks, beating constantly.
11.Add the sweet butter 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition.
12.Beat in the vanilla and the remaining 1/2 cup of ground nuts.
13.Place 1 cake layer on a serving plate.
14.Spread 1/3 of the buttercream over the layer and sprinkle with 1/2 the praline.
15.Repeat this process with another layer and the remaining praline.
16.Top with the third layer and frost the top and sides of cake with the remaining buttercream.
17.Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cake.
