Ingredients

1 package frozen hash brown potatoes , thawed
6 chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons oil ( I used olive oil )
2 teaspoons essence of emeril southwest seasoning ( or your favorite chicken seasoning ( may be omitted )
1 package cream cheese , thinly sliced
3/4 lb thinly sliced deli ham ( we liked honey ham )
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli , thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cordon bleu is a classic French dish that consists of a breaded and fried chicken cutlet stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread the hash browns evenly at the bottom.

7.Dump the cream of chicken soup over everything and finish with a sprinkle of black pepper. Do not mix.
8.Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
