3 lbs bone in beef short ribs
1 1/4 teaspoons coarse salt , divided
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup frozen pearl onions
1 cup sliced button mushroom
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F.

6.Serve the beef with the sauce, garnished with fresh rosemary and thyme if desired.
