2 lbs onions ( little white ones are good )
2/3 cup golden raisin
1 cup white wine vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
bouquet garni ( of your choice )

Onion Salad, also known as Hors D' Oeuvre - Oignons Marines, is a classic French dish that is often served as a salad or appetizer. It's made with roasted onions, fresh tomatoes, golden raisins, and a sweet and sour dressing made with white wine vinegar and olive oil. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Slice the onions thinly and set aside.
