Instructions

1.Mix flour, minced garlic, salt, paprika, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
2.Dredge chicken breast halves in flour mixture, coating both sides.
3.Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
4.Remove chicken from skillet.
5.Add chicken broth and white wine to the skillet; bring to a boil.
6.Reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
7.Return chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
8.Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
9.Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables like broccoli and carrots.
