2 liters full-cream milk
1 kg sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
2 vanilla pod , cut in two
1 kg sugar , with pectin

Instructions

1.In a large pot, combine the milk, 1 kg sugar, and vanilla sugar.

4.Allow the mixture to simmer for 3 hours, stirring every 10 minutes. Make sure to scrape the bottom so it doesn’t burn.
5.After 3 hours, remove the vanilla pods and stir in the 1 kg sugar with pectin.
6.Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
7.Remove from heat and allow to cool.
8.Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
