Ingredients

0.5 package thawed puff pastry ( 1 sheet )
6 sugar ice cream cones
vegetable oil cooking spray
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 package vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix , mix
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup prepared caramel sauce , warmed
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
These Praline-Pumpkin Mousse Cornucopias are a beautiful and delicious addition to any Thanksgiving gathering. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400° F.
2.On floured surface, roll pastry to 15-inch square.
3.Cut into 5 equal rectangles.

5.Join the 2 rolls at one end, forming a loose point.
6.Bend into cornucopia shape.

14.Whisk in pumpkin and cinnamon.
15.In separate bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
16.Fold cream into pumpkin mixture.
17.Place mousse into a piping bag.
18.Pipe mixture into cooled pastry horns.
19.Sprinkle with toasted pecans and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
