1 orange , juice of
1 orange , zest of
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
1 cup cherry brandy
1 pint vanilla ice cream

Instructions

3.Add the orange zest, orange juice and stir to combine. In a small bowl whisk together cornstarch and cold water. Stir this mixture into the cherry mixture.
4.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5.Remove from heat and stir in cherry brandy. Heat the crepes and fill each crepe with 1 scoop of ice cream. Spoon the warm cherry sauce over the top and serve immediately.
