Instructions

3.Add the steel cut oats to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Pour white wine into the pan and stir until the wine is evaporated.
5.Add chicken broth and stir until combined. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to bring mixture to a simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal looks creamy.
6.Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
7.Serve hot.
