silicon paper , to line the baking sheet
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
250 g freshly grated parmesan cheese
5 leeks , thoroughly washed , white part of , sliced into matchsticks

1/3 cup dry white wine
1/2 bunch chives , chopped
salt , to taste
fresh ground pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with silicon paper.
