Instructions

4.In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until well combined and lightly fluffy. Gradually add egg yolks to the milk mixture, whisking constantly. Stir in the cocoa mixture. Add bread cubes and stir until coated. Let stand for 10 minutes.
5.In another mixing bowl, beat egg whites and 3 tablespoons sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold mixture into chocolate mixture, doing it in small batches until well combined.
6.Divide souffle mixture evenly among the prepared souffle dishes. Bake for 25 minutes or until souffles puff and are set.
