Ingredients

1 loaf whole wheat french bread or 1 loaf French bread
4 cups fresh blueberries or 4 cups frozen blueberries
8 ounces fat free cream cheese , softened
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups egg substitute or 7 eggs
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup powdered sugar
This blueberry French toast casserole is a delicious and easy way to enjoy a classic breakfast dish with a healthier twist. Instructions

1.Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

4.Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bread and blueberries.
