2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove , pressed
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon basil oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large tomatoes
1 package small portabella mushroom caps ( about 6 mushrooms )
1 log goat cheese
1/3 cup pine nuts , grated
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumb
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning mix
1 tablespoon basil oil
4 large basil leaves , thinly sliced
additional basil oil ( optional )

Instructions
