Instructions

1.In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together.
2.In a separate large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and thyme together until they are creamy and smooth.
3.Add the egg yolks one by one and stir them in.
4.Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and gently stir them in until the dough clumps together.
5.Shape the dough into a disc and cover it with cling film. Chill for at least one hour.
