1 cup hot tap water
1 cup amish starter
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons salt
4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast ( feel free to put the entire little packet in )

Instructions

1.Add hot tap water, starter, oil, salt, flour, and yeast to bread machine pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
2.Select dough setting and press start.
3.Remove dough and place in greased large bread pan.
4.Let rise until double.
5.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
6.Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
