6 granny smith apples , peeled , cored and sliced into 1/8 inch thin ( or any tart apples )
1 cup raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 - 1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon fresh lemon rind
1 cup confectioners ' sugar
1 -2 tablespoon milk

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
