1/2 cup thyme honey or 1/2 cup orange blossom honey
2 eggs , beaten
1 grated lemon , juice and zest of
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180C/ 350F.

5.Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
