Instructions

1.In a food processor, pulse fresh basil leaves, garlic cloves, roasted cashews, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice until combined and pesto is formed.

3.Rub the remaining 1/2 cup of pesto onto both sides of the fish.
4.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
