Ingredients

1 cup white wine
1 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup sunflower oil

1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons lemon juice
8 cups all-purpose flour ( more or less )
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons sesame seeds , again

Instructions

1.Mix the white wine, sugar, salt, sunflower oil, olive oil, cinnamon, cloves, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, baking soda and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
2.Add the flour gradually while kneading until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
3.Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
4.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
5.Divide the dough into small, egg-sized balls.
6.Flatten each ball slightly, then press into sesame seeds to coat top and bottom.
7.Place the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Cool the cookies on wire racks.
