Ingredients

11 ounces elbow macaroni noodles
1/4 cup butter , melted
4 egg whites , lightly beaten
1/2 cup parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup pecorino cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese , for topping
1 cup butter
4 cups warm milk
6 tablespoons flour
8 egg yolks
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

9.Spread half of the macaroni mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with the beef mixture, then layer the remaining macaroni mixture on top.
10.Pour the milk mixture over the top of the macaroni, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
11.Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is hot and bubbly.
12.Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
