Ingredients

4 -6 chicken breasts ( bone-in or boneless- your choice )
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves , peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon oregano , crushed ( Greek Oregano preferred )
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
salt and pepper

Instructions

4.Pour the marinade on top of the chicken and squeeze the air out of the bag.

6.Place the ziplock bag in the fridge and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best results.
7.Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
8.Once the grill is hot, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
9.Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
10.Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve hot.
