3 large bananas , ripe
2 eggs
6 ounces strawberry banana Greek yogurt ( Chobani 's Strawberry Banana )
1 cup strawberry , diced
This Greek Yogurt Strawberry Banana Bread is a delicious twist on the classic banana bread. Made with whole wheat flour, ripe bananas, and strawberry banana Greek yogurt, this bread is moist, flavorful, and packed with protein and fiber. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour, baking powder, and kosher salt.
3.In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth and stir in the brown sugar, eggs, and Greek yogurt.
4.Fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined and gently stir in the diced strawberries.
5.Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
