1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove , minced
1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1 egg white , lightly beaten
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
