Instructions

1.Preheat the broiler on high.
2.Brush each wedge of kasseri cheese with melted butter on both sides and place them in the broiler-safe pan.

4.Remove the pan from the oven and carefully flambé the cheese with brandy.
5.Squeeze half a lemon over the cheese and serve immediately.
