1 lb feta cheese , crumbled
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
3 cloves garlic , minced
5 large eggs , beaten
1 package phyllo pastry
1/3 lb butter , melted

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

4.Spoon spinach mixture evenly over phyllo layers.
5.Layer another four sheets of phyllo on top of spinach mixture, brushing each layer with melted butter.
6.Cut pie into squares or diamonds before baking.
7.Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
