Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breasts or 2 lbs pork tenderloin , cut into 1-inch cubes
10 garlic cloves , crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice , freshly squeezed is best
2 tablespoons oregano
salt & fresh ground pepper , to taste ( optional I do n't usually add it )

Instructions

3.Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
4.Thread the chicken or pork cubes onto skewers, leaving a bit of space between each piece.
5.Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred on the outside.
6.Serve immediately with a side of Tzatziki sauce and pita bread.
