2 packages vegetarian ground beef
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce , canned
1/2 cup dry red wine

1 lb ziti pasta or 1 lb elbow macaroni
5 cups milk
5 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 cup freshly grated kefalotiri ( separated ) or 1 cup parmesan cheese ( separated )
3 large eggs

Instructions
