1 lemon , juice of
1 cup black olives , pitted , preferably kalamata
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F
2.Cut off tops of bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.

5.Drizzle olive oil over the top of each stuffed pepper.
