1 leg of lamb

3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt , to taste
fresh ground black pepper , to taste
6 garlic cloves , minced
6 potatoes ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
