Buffalo wings are a classic American dish that originated in Buffalo, New York. The wings are typically deep-fried and coated in a spicy sauce made with hot sauce and butter. For this recipe, we've adapted the classic recipe to be slightly healthier by using oven-baked wings and serving them with a Greek yogurt dip. The result is a delicious and crowd-pleasing appetizer that is perfect for game day or any party.

Instructions

.Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
.In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk and chicken wings. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
.Remove one chicken wing at a time from the buttermilk, letting any excess drip off, and then toss it in the flour mixture until coated.
.Place the coated chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
.While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder and whisk to combine.
.Remove the wings from the oven and brush the hot sauce mixture over each wing. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
.Serve with Greek yogurt dip and blue cheese. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top for added sweetness.
