Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring milk to a boil.

8.Cut the pastry through to the custard layer in diamond or square shapes.
9.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
10.In the meantime, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar, and honey. Cook until mixture thickens.
11.Remove from heat and pour the syrup over the hot pastry. Cool and serve.
