Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1 tsp dried basil leaves, and 1 tsp dried oregano leaves.
3.Add 3 cups Bisquick baking mix, 3/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives. Mix until well combined.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup hot water, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 egg. Add to the Bisquick mixture and stir until just combined.
5.Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch (23 cm) round baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
