32 inches flour tortillas
4 -8 teaspoons butter

Instructions

3.Add spinach mixture to the cheese mixture.
4.Spread cheese mixture on one side of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
5.Fold the tortilla over and press gently to seal.
6.Grease a skillet or griddle with butter and cook quesadillas over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
7.Cut into wedges and serve hot with salsa if desired.
