2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice ( fresh if you have it )
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed

Instructions

4.Add the shallots to the same pan and sauté until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
5.Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon peel, and bring to a simmer.
6.Return the chicken to the pan and simmer gently until the sauce has thickened slightly and the chicken is heated through, about 10-15 minutes.
7.Stir in the chopped dill weed, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
