1 lb ground turkey
4 pita breads , halved and warmed
2 medium tomatoes , thinly sliced
Mini Greek burgers are a delicious Mediterranean twist on the classic American burger. These burgers are made with ground turkey that's mixed with onions, parsley, and oregano for flavor, then grilled to perfection. Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high heat.
2.Prepare sauce by combining cucumber, yoghurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl then refrigerate.
3.Combine onions, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and turkey in a large bowl then divide the mixture into eight equal portions then flatten the balls and grill for three-four minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4.On a serving plate, place a pita bread round, layer with a tomato slice, top with a mini Greek burger, and spoon the sauce on top. Serve warm.
