Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a bowl, mix the spinach, cooked chicken, garlic, parsley, mayonnaise, milk or half-and-half, and mozzarella cheese.
3.Place 2 sheets of phyllo dough in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and brush with melted butter.
4.Add half of the spinach and chicken mixture on top, followed by another 2 sheets of phyllo dough.
5.Repeat with the remaining spinach and chicken mixture and 2 sheets of phyllo dough on top.
6.Pour the remaining melted butter on top and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
7.Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the phyllo dough is golden brown and crispy.
8.Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
