1 lb portabella mushroom cap

4 cups mixed salad greens ( I like spring mix )

Instructions

5.Spoon crouton mixture into each mushroom cap. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
6.Bake mushrooms for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve on a bed of mixed salad greens.
