poppy seed
1 beaten egg , mixed with

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, and eggs until the mixture is creamy.
2.Add the salt, baking powder, and vanilla, whisking well.
3.Gradually stir in the flour until the dough becomes soft and flexible.
4.Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5.Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough and shape it into rings, then place them on the prepared sheet.
6.Brush the tops of the rings with the egg-milk mixture and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. Remove and let cool on the sheet for 10 minutes.
