10 phyllo pastry sheets , thawed in the refrigerator if previously frozen

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone or cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy.

8.Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
